One of the main things I miss about haunting my local movie theater is the procession of trailers before the feature. More accurately, I miss that moment when a film that I was dubious about is first unveiled and it looks breathtaking.
Not-so-incidentally, the trailer for Spike Jonze’s Where the Wild Things Are includes one of my all-time favorite uses of a pop song in the form.
