My team, The Cakers, had another resoundingly successful weekend in the annual staging of The World’s Largest Trivia Contest by WWSP-90FM, the student-run college radio station at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Adding to the satisfaction of our fifteen place finish is the fact that we tied with longtime team Franklin Street Burnouts, a group that has provided a tremendous amount of friendship to us over the years, especially through mentoring us a bit when we were just starting to evolve from a bunch of goofy, drunken troublemakers to…well, pretty much the same motley bunch, but with significantly more skill at the answering questions part of the weekend.
